Neighbourhood Manager
- Hourly Rate: PAYE £21.33 / LTD UMB £26.51
- Location: Greenwich, London, SE28
- Job Type: Temporary (initially up to 6 weeks with possible extension)
- Working Hours: 9am – 5pm (with some flexibility)
We are currently seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Manager for an immediate start to provide sickness cover in the Greenwich area. This role involves managing approximately 700 properties and requires a candidate who can handle tenant enquiries, inspect blocks, conduct Health and Safety Inspections, manage change of tenancies, and address general housing management enquiries.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Responding to tenant enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Conducting regular inspections of blocks to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Carrying out Health and Safety Inspections in accordance with regulations.
- Managing change of tenancies, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
- Addressing general housing management enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Travelling to the office twice a week for coordination and team meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar Neighbourhood Manager or Housing Management role.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be a driver with own car, unless living locally to the area.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and housing management systems.
