We're looking for skilled ANPs to join our team and make a positive impact on Patient Care in Reading.
About the Role:
We are seeking Advanced Nurse Practitioners who have a strong focus on Minor Illness management to work in a busy healthcare setting in Reading. You will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage a range of minor illnesses and injuries, as well as support the wider clinical team with patient assessment, treatment, and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and provide treatment plans for minor illnesses.
- Diagnose, treat, and advise patients autonomously in line with local protocols.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with practice guidelines and standards.
- Act as a point of contact for patient follow-up and clinical queries.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with an MSc in Advanced Practice or relevant ANP qualification.
Experience:
Proven experience managing minor illnesses, with experience in urgent care, walk-in centers, or similar healthcare environments.
Skills:
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills, with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions within scope of practice.
Attributes:
Adaptability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to patient care.
