We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a paralegal to join their Court of Protection team near Peterborough. This is a permanent full time opportunity that offers hybrid working and training contract prospects.
Key duties to include:
- Prepare Court of Protection applications for prospect clientele.
- Liaising with care and medical professionals when needed.
- Note take during meetings with clients.
- Hold meetings clients in various locations such as hospitals and care residences.
- Maintain high levels of client contacts aligning with expected MCA 2005 principles.
- Reconcile bank and finance statements for clients periodically.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience dealing with Grade D Court of Protection work.
- Bachelors degree in law.
- Compassionate with strong interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic and attentive to detail.
- Confident communicating with clients and third parties.
Salary offering £24,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience.
