Day-to-day duties of the role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals including within care homes and health & fitness facilities.
- Facilitate communication through various platforms, including WhatsApp groups.
- Identify and establish alternative revenue streams
- Collaborate with consultants to implement targeted growth strategies.
- Train and develop staff to broaden capabilities.
- Manage and update customer databases.
- Organise events and client days
- Support miscellaneous tasks and projects as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Significant experience in a relevant sector or industry.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong influencing, persuasion, and motivational skills.
- High commercial acumen and personal motivation.
- Ability to work well under pressure, earning trust and respect from colleagues.
- Innovative and flexible approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in primary and/or secondary care.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject.
