Social Media Community Executive
£200 per day, Outside IR35
3 month contract (Potential to extend)
Full time (2 days in the office)

My Client is a leading Consumer Tech Brand who are looking for a Social Media Community Executive to support them on managing their social media across a variety of products.
You will be responsible for growing the audience and engagement across all channels, ultimately boosting our brand awareness and traffic.
You will be reporting into the Social Media Lead
The Role
Community Engagement: Engage with followers on social media, respond promptly and personally, foster positive relationships, and monitor community sentiment for trends and opportunities.
Content Curation: Curate user-generated content and develop community-centric content calendars with the content team.
Community Growth and Advocacy: Implement strategies to grow the social media community through outreach, partnerships, and influencer collaborations, and nurture brand advocates using user-generated content and testimonials.
Community Insights and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track performance, and provide regular reports with key metrics and recommendations.
Crisis Management and Collaboration: Monitor channels for potential issues, provide timely resolutions, and collaborate with social media, customer support, marketing, and product teams to align community engagement with business goals.
You
- You must have at least 1 years experience
- You must have previous marketing agency experience as well as demonstrable experience working on social media campaigns
- Previous retail experience is desired, however it is not essential.
- Please note that this role is working within a wider team, so you will need to be able to demonstrate that you've worked within teams before
