Description
- Oversee the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts
- Conduct analysis and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
- Manage organisational cash flow and forecasting
- Monitor progress and changes, keeping senior leadership abreast of the company's financial status
- Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices
- Improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual
- Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to the board of directors
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field
- Proven experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry
