**Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audits, focusing on SMEs, group accounts, and potentially some due diligence assignments.

- Oversee the entire audit process from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of audit staff, fostering their professional development.

**Desirable Qualifications
Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified.
Experience:

- Expertise in auditing SMEs and group accounts.
- Experience with due diligence engagements is advantageous.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of current audit practices, standards, and software.
- Solid technical background in audit and accounting.
Additional Skills:
- Exposure to tax work (useful but not essential).
- Experience with both standalone SME clients and complex group structures.
