We have a great opportunity for a conveyancing fee earner to join a high performing and busy residential property team based in Edgbaston. My client have fantastic links to estate agents across the West Midlands and so enjoy a reliable and varied stream of inbound matters.
My client are looking for a friendly, organised and ambitious individual to join their team and take on a varied caseload with minimal supervision, supported by a team of dedicated and experienced legal assistants.
Typical caseload will consist of:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Lease Extensions
- New Build & Shared Ownership
- Transfers of Equity
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years experience of handling a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
