Finance Assistant | Derbyshire | up to £30k
We are currently recruiting for a
Finance Assistant
to work for an expanding business based in Burton upon Trent. This is a great opportunity to develop you experience in both sides of the ledger, as well as providing support to the Financial Controller. Hybrid working is available after initial training.
Responsibilities:
Generating
customer invoices
and
allocating payments
Chasing outstanding monies from
aged debtor
reports
Reconciling
the bank accounts
Processing
purchase invoices
Reconciling
supplier statements
Dealing with
expenses and credit card
statements
General adhoc duties supporting the wider team
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within a
finance
function
Strong communication skills at all levels
Able to prioritise own workload
Team player
IT Literate with a good working knowledge of
Excel
