Job Opportunity: Facilities Coordinator (Health & Safety and Compliance)

Role:Facilities Coordinator
Location: Bath, United Kingdom
Salary:£25,300 per year
Hours:37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

Requirements:
Valid UK driving licence
Access to own vehicle (business insurance required for roles involving travel)

Responsibilities:
Ensure statutory compliance across services and premises
Maintain positive relationships with building owners
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with landlords and contractors
Adhere to Health & Safety legislation
Line manage the Facilities Admin / Reception Team
Other duties as needed for smooth service operations

Qualifications:
Knowledge of statutory compliance in social housing and corporate buildings
Understanding of Health & Safety legislation
