The Job

A Payroll Manager will be hired on a temporary basis, likely 3 to 6 months. Potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Hybrid working available + great benefits package. Reporting to HR,

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service as Payroll Manager for UK employees
  • Run volume payroll for monthly paid workers
  • Work closely with the payroll administrator
  • Resolve queries and discrepancies and ensure account integrity.
  • Oversee legislative reporting, annual audits, and manage payroll providers.

About You

  • Be an experienced Payroll Manager within a multi site organisation
  • Have full understanding of end to end UK payroll
  • Have great attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
