Pursuit Resources Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 3 years' experience. This is an office-based role, based in Braintree, Essex and the successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.
The role:
- Support existing client base and their recruitment needs
- Take responsibility to develop and grow the desk through new business sales
- Have ownership of key accounts to manage and develop
- Job board advertising, CV sourcing and candidate marketing (including social media)
- Forge strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Full 360°recruitment role
Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
- Strong sales, networking, and client development abilities
- Ability to develop and grow new business
- Proven resilience and a positive attitude to overcoming challenges
- Experience recruiting with LinkedIn (highly desirable)
- Previous experience of using recruitment databases to manage candidates and clients

Please note this is a full-time office based role, however flexible working may be available after probation.
