Finance Assistant

Sewell Wallis are recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant for a company with a fast paced work environment in Lincoln. It's a fast-growing business which has tripled its profit in the last year with huge growth through products and sites. They are wanting to hire a full time, well-rounded Finance Assistant who can work autonomously and get stuck in!

What will you be doing?

  • Managing both the Accounts Payable and Receivable Ledgers.
  • Creating and sending invoices.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • VAT returns.
  • Expenses.
  • Cashbook posting.
  • Help prepare month end accounts.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Initiative to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ideally you'll be part or fully AAT qualified.
  • Experience in a fast-paced supplier or manufacturing background would be beneficial but not essential.
