We are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager to look after one of our client Key Accounts. This is a critical role aimed at managing the relationship, growing the account, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to further expand the account through new partnerships and initiatives.

Our client is a highly successful and rapidly growing Digital Performance Marketing agency in Guildford. This role offers a competitive £30k basic salary plus monthly commission based on achieving SLAs and KPIs, providing a rewarding financial package for the right candidate.

As a Key Account Manager your duties will include:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with publishers and internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

The successful Key Account Manager will have the following skills/experience

  • Articulate and persuasive, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing accounts, ideally within the digital space, however full training will be provided
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering long-term partnerships.
