Production Operative
£11.44 per hour
Monday - Friday
Pertemps Isle of Wight are looking for a number of Production Operatives for our Client that specialises in the manufacturing, production and distribution of sustainable products. Initially on a Temporary basis, for the right candidates there is potential for a permanent position.
As a Production Operative, you'll play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. You'll work alongside a skilled team, ensuring the smooth operation of state-of-the-art machinery which you will be shown how to use.
Your Main responsibilities as a Production Operative include.
- Upholding KPI's.
- Delivering high quality products.
- Picking, Packing and Printing of the products.
- Adhering to Health and Safety Guidelines.
- Assisting others with day-to-day work and assisting with training if and when asked.
Key Skills
- Ability to work on your feet and walk for extended periods of time.
- Basic Computer Literacy for data entry and record-keeping.
- Good time keeping skills.
- Flexibility to complete either of the shift patterns (Mon - Fri 7:00-15:00 or Mon - Fri 15:00-22:30)
- Be able to work in a team environment as well as confidently complete orders by yourself.
