Are you a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a flexible, short-term opportunity? We have an exciting locum position available with a well-respected firm of solicitors in Hull.
Role Overview:
As a Commercial Property Locum Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development work. This role requires a high level of expertise and the ability to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling commercial property transactions from inception to completion
- Advising clients on property law and related matters
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and lease agreements
- Conducting due diligence and managing risk
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law
- Proven experience in managing a varied caseload independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
