The Role
As a KS1 Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Key Stage 1 students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within Key Stage 1.
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and best teaching practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement and well-being.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic school environment.
