We are a fast-growing distributor of bathroom products and are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team.
Main Resonsibilities
- Take sales orders, verify prices, send out quotes, prepare dispatch notes in Sage 200, and book deliveries
- Manage customer back-orders and ensure prompt delivery when stock arrives
- Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries
- Provide excellent customer service by responding efficiently and promptly, following up as promised, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain rapport with customers
- Liaise with all departments across the business
- Send product and pricing information (e.g. price lists, promotional leaflets) to customers
- Perform general administrative tasks as instructed by the Office Manager, including filing, sorting enquiries, and data entry
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:30pm, including one hr lunch break.
Skills and experience required :
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload
- Previous office experience is essential
- Conscientious, flexible, and a true "can-do" attitude
- Confidence to handle difficult situations and to know when to seek guidance from your line manage
Pay & Benefits
- £25,400 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Immediate start preferred
