Production Operatives
We require Day Shift Production Operatives for Temporary to Permanent positions based in Crawley, for a highly reputable manufacturing company.
Benefits of working as a Production Operative:
- 4 days on 4 days off, day only rotating shift from 6:00am to 6:00pm
- Pay starts at £12.65 per hour. Increasing to £13.65 after 12 weeks (Plus separate holiday pay)

What we are looking for:
- Excellent hand to eye coordination, dexterity
- High attention to detail and ability to work to production targets
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Previous production experience is preferable but not essential as full training is given.
