HR Advisor - The Role
- You will oversee the full administration for the HR life cycle as you support Head Office and regionally-based employees.
- First point of call for all queries
- Developing and implementing workshops for Managers
- Supporting performance processes, and assist managers in employee development plans
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and overseeing on policies such as absences
HR Advisor - The experience
- Previous HR experience within a similar role
- Experience in providing ER advice
- Relevant HR qualification
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and trust of employees
- Strong communicator
- Experience using Microsoft packages
