HR Advisor - The Role

  • You will oversee the full administration for the HR life cycle as you support Head Office and regionally-based employees.
  • First point of call for all queries
  • Developing and implementing workshops for Managers
  • Supporting performance processes, and assist managers in employee development plans
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and overseeing on policies such as absences

HR Advisor - The experience

  • Previous HR experience within a similar role
  • Experience in providing ER advice
  • Relevant HR qualification
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and trust of employees
  • Strong communicator
  • Experience using Microsoft packages
