You will be joining a small dynamic team with the responsibility of attracting top-tier talent to provide educational services for the organisation. This role is pivotal in the inception, development, and delivery of new courses and requires a proactive approach to building relationships with potential candidates through various channels
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively identify and build relationships with potential candidates using social media platforms, networking, and attending events.
- Manage the recruitment database, ensuring its content is up-to-date and efficiently utilised.
- Engage in headhunting techniques to source and approach suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and current professionals
- Convert leads into engaged candidates who contribute high-quality content.
- Be the first point of contact for briefing candidates on role responsibilities and fees.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and perform background checks.
What you'll need:
- Willingness to travel regularly with a clean driver's license and use of own vehicle.
- Creative and forward-thinking approach.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Proficiency in social media and digital tools.
- Strong ability to attract, attain, and retain high-quality medical talent.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Keen attention to detail with effective prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
