Location : Oldham

Salary : up to £35K

Our client specliaises within the Commercial Catering / Hospitality industry and have an exciting opportunity for an experience Commercial Kitchen & Sales Account Manager to join their team. Working hours are Monday - Friday with the occasional overnight stay & travelling across the UK.

Key Duties:

  • Daily Management of New & Existing Accounts - including the Design & Fit of Commercial Kitchens , Serveries , bars & fit out
  • Plan & Plot Commercial Kitchens & Serveries - understanding of how they flow
  • Conduct Client Meetings & Site Surveys
  • Liaising with Design Team to produce detailed Drawings
  • Developed & Maintained an Excellent level of Product Knowledge
  • Working closely with Internal Departments / External Suppliers and Partners

Profile:

  • 2 Years experience within Commercial Kitchen & Restaurant Sales & Design Role
  • Consultive 'sales through service' preferable within the Catering / Hospitality and Restaurants
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experience of Client Retention / Development
  • Positive , outgoing personality
  • Possess strong face-to-face sales and negotiation skills
