We are working exclusively with a very busy and successful manufacturing business in Sheffield
Your new role
Working in a team of 6 you will deliver support to both internal and external customers, placing orders, dealing with queries, and making sure the customer experience is second to none.
Duties:-
- Accurately entering orders on to the system
- Building rapport and customer relationships
- Dealing with a range of queries and handling rare complaints
- General administration and weekly and monthly invoicing
- Tracking and returning goods with various couriers
- Processing pro-forma orders
- Helping to improve the customer experience
You will have worked in a similar environment and be used to a fast pace of work!
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a customer-orientated candidate with patience, understanding and resilience. You need strong verbal and written communication skills. You will be a critical thinker and problem solver. You should have good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
