We have a fantastic opportunity to join our clients as their full time Internal Recruitment Resourcer (Can be a hybrid role or office based in either Great Dunmow)
- Experience in candidate resourcing essential with hybrid flexibility
- Screening and sourcing candidates from job boards, social media adverts and incoming applications
- Sourcing candidates to cover Suffolk, Kent and Essex areas
- Able to obtain skillset and suitability to meet client demand
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Be able to work within industry compliance boundaries
- Pre interview, selection and interview confirmation
- Prepare adverts and liaison with internal departments
- £25,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm/10am to 6pm? To be discussed as these may fluctuate depending on need.
