Developer Contributions Officer
Location: Halton, Cheshire
Salary: £33,024 - £35,745 per annum

The Role
As part of the role, you will provide effective technical and professional guidance that enables the service to maintain the high standards and meet statutory requirements. To manage and maintain systems in respect of the development and effective implementation of the Borough Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Planning Obligations (Section 106 agreements - S106s)
Skills and Qualifications
You will be required to have knowledge of the legislation and regulations relating to CIL and Section 106 processes. Be able to develop working relationships with stakeholders, external customers and colleagues to assist with the development of an effective service delivery. Be able to work as part of a team and self- motivated to work independently.
