Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to take a step back from the tools and join a company who offer a fantastic work life balance and culture?

With over 30 years of experience, this small yet very successful independent training provider have maintained their outstanding reputation throughout this time and have become a known supplier of skilled and qualified apprentices.
In this role, you will be using the onsite facilities to train and coach Engineers at the beginning of their careers through their Level 3 qualifications with a mix of classroom and workshop teaching. You do not need to have any teaching qualifications to apply for this role.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a time served Electrical Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing environment, preferably with a Level 3 qualification or relevant apprenticeship but this is not essential. Experience with some training is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will need to pass an Enhanced DBS.
The role:
- Electrical Trainer of apprentices
- Site based in Cheshire
- Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:30pm)
- Flexitime and opportunities to accrue 12 extra days of holiday
The person:
- Background in Electrical Maintenance, manufacturing environment
- Preferred relevant Level 3 qualification or apprenticeship
- Training experience not required but is advantageous
- Looking to take step back from the tools
