We are actively recruiting for a Data Administrator to join one of our quickly expanding clients in Leigh. If you have a stable background in administration and an excellent eye for detail, this could be the role for you. Starting salary of GBP24,000 (rising to GBP25,000 after successful 6- month probation) and benefits including free parking, annual bonus, birthday off and holidays that increase to 24days + bank holidays over time.
What will you be doing as a Data Administrator?
- Collecting cost pricing from suppliers for items selected to feature in the companys product range
- Calculating sell pricing for items selected for the range
- Updating and maintaining within the in-house databases, websites and portals including pricing information
- Sourcing and migrating data from different sources
- Collecting, formatting and saving data
- Summarising and explaining gathered data
- Adding data to multiple customer spreadsheets and databases
- Occasionally liaising with customers
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Excellent data inputting skills
- Accuracy and an excellent eye for detail is essential
- Comfortable using Excel with the ability to create formulas
- Team player with good sense of humour
- Quick learner
