Customer Service Advisor 12 month FTC

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a great team in Horsham for a period of 12 months. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both business to business and business to consumer ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will provide information about services, resolve technical issues, and assist with triaging queries for troubleshooting tech issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction will be crucial to success.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Assist customers with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures in all interactions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
