My client, a specialist Third Sector organisation, are seeking a dynamic and inspirational individual to join their innovative, cross-skilled Customer Due Dilligence (CDD) team as a CDD Team Trainer.
In this pivotal role you will to lead on identifying, planning and facilitating training for the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team of specialists assessing training needs and creating bespoke training programmes and material. Other responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end training programme for all roles within the CDD team, including a robust new starter experience.
- Producing and maintaining all central training records and Management Information data.
- Organising training sessions with team members and support Subject Matter Experts within the team to deliver training.
- Communicating the requirements of related CDD processes during training sessions with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
To be considered, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in a CDD/KYC environment within Customer Operations environment
- A proven track record of identifying, designing and delivering training programmes and initiatives
- Experience producing management information
Excellent organisational skills are essential as is a strategic approach to training, encouraging engagement. You will also have a creative, adaptable, and collaborative approach with your a finger on the pulse of learning trends.
This is a fully office based position Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm for an initial period after which there is the opportunity for hybrid working after this, minimum 2 days in the office.
