Location: St. Albans (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in-office)

_About the Role: _ We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. This role is integral in supporting Chartered Financial Planners and Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) by ensuring the smooth administration of client portfolios and financial planning processes. Key Responsibilities:

Client Administration: Manage and maintain accurate records of client information, ensuring all data is compliant with regulatory requirements.

_Financial Planning Support: _ Assist financial advisers in preparing client reports, including researching financial products and compiling financial plans.

_Client Communications: _ Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding administrative queries, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

_Regulatory Compliance: _ Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements, including the preparation of compliance documentation.

_Meeting Preparation: _ Organise and prepare documentation for client meetings, including investment performance reports and financial statements.

_Team Collaboration: _ Work closely with advisers and the wider administrative team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

_Experience: _ Previous experience in a similar financial services administration role is essential.

_Knowledge: _ Strong understanding of financial products, particularly in pensions, investments, and insurance.

_Skills: _Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
