Reed are recruiting a Registered Manager for a 5-bedroom home for children with SEMH in Bristol.
- The Role: Registered Manager, OFSTED
- Salary: £45,000 per year
- Location: Bristol
Responsibilities:
- Ensure individual care plans meet the young person's care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic and health needs, and that they are regularly reviewed.
- Facilitate high standards of quality care.
- Take accountability for childcare and safeguarding concerns.
- Work in partnership with parents, carers, and external professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of the young people.
- Create rosters to ensure safe levels of staffing in the home
- Budget management and effective use of finances
Experience Required:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Experience with OFSTED
- 2 years recent experience working with children in a residential care setting
