The role of a Teaching Assistant is to support pupils 1-2-1 and within small group intervention sessions in order to further the support given to students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils throughout the academic year, providing them with the guidance they need to achieve their goals.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with the schools fantastic headteacher, who has been with the school over 6 years and has made fantastic changes in order to give the pupils that extra support they need.

This is an ‘outstanding' school with an incredibly supportive senior leadership team, who will provide you with the extra teaching materials you may need to best support pupils as a Teaching Assistant.
