Training Delivery Coordinator

We're looking for a skilled and highly organised Training Delivery Coordinator to join our client, a leading food manufacturing company, and play a key role in the administration and delivery of a first-class people development service across their fast-paced Harlow facility. You would be joining a successful business with ambitious growth plans at an exciting time.

This is an interesting and busy role, the ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and brilliant at engaging with people. Previous experience in an L&D / Training environment required, coordinating and delivering training and induction programmes.

Please note: This is a part-time role working a minimum 3 days per week or 22.5 hours across 4/5 days. Offering a pro-rata salary of £30,000 plus benefits package including various well-being initiatives to encourage positive mental health both in and out of the workplace, staff discounts and rewards scheme, plus much more.

Responsibilities

You would be tasked with implementing and delivering an extensive training programme on site, taking responsibility for promoting, training and identifying training needs, as well as controlling and supporting the teams in the delivery of a fully comprehensive training package. The role will also include administration and continuous improvement of training.

Key tasks will include...

  • Identifying the learning needs for the business and ensuring all training is reviewed, updated and logged
  • Liaising with business and contract managers to plan, book and coordinate training for their teams
  • Delivering the on-boarding experience to a consistently high standard
  • Delivering the company induction programme with line managers for all new colleagues
  • Supporting 'on the job' training and establishing if additional training is required
  • Working with HRBP and Group L&D Manager to ensure training is cost effective and within budget

  • Experience providing support with a HR / learning & development / training capacity
  • A training qualification or desire to embark on qualification / develop further
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
  • The ability to manage your time and workload efficiently and effectively
  • Confident, builds rapport with peers internally and externally
  • Strong IT skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc, plus good typing skills
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
