Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for your next career move? Our client, a major player in the water sector, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Supervisor to join their team on the Southern Water Framework. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the electrical aspects of key water projects and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for managing and supervising electrical works across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating electrical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities on water infrastructure projects.
  • Ensuring all electrical works are completed in accordance with industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits of electrical systems to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within overall project plans.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to on-site teams, addressing any electrical issues promptly.
  • Managing and mentoring junior electrical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring all project documentation, including electrical schematics and testing records, is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in electrical supervision, preferably within the water sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
