Auditor - Responsibilities & Requirements
- You will provide coaching, mentoring and ensure that all Operatives are receiving the necessary training
- You will assess Operatives on sector 12D projects and supervise and audit 12D works on site if required
- You will identify Operatives capable of further 12D training
- You will deliver Health and Safety briefings and feedback sessions
- You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Training Manager to ensure that the workforce is completing all necessary tasks
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have a valid UK driving license
