Web Developer (Front End with Craft CMS) Wimborne, Dorset (1 day remote) £25-35k

I am working to recruit a Web Developer (mix of Front End and Back End CMS work) for a fast-growing digital business in central Wimborne in the heart of Dorset. There is parking on site and this role provides an excellent opportunity to fast-track your career with exposure to A-Grade customers, both local and international.
This is an office based role, allowing for 1 day per week at home.
Your new role
The business has done amazingly well and have been established for 20 years now. They have stayed lean in headcount but are trusted by brands with a lot of business being on a retainer basis so quality is never compromised. The role provides real variety - You can find yourself working on a mobile game for a space agency in the morning and developing a website for a nationwide UK charity that afternoon.
It's a really close-knit team, they socialise together regularly and culture fit is just as important as tech skills. We are looking for someone hungry that wants to progress their career and learn from 2 experienced Seniors in the role - this is a newly created position of growth.
Here it's a flat structure, no bureaucracy or red tape. They are reducing their reliance on contractors so as this team grows, more Senior positions and progression will be available.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for a Web Developer with strong Front End skills and knowledge of CMS Development (this can be CraftCMS, WordPress or if you have strong PHP knowledge).
The role can be considered to be Full-stack, though if you're weighted towards Front or Back end that's fine.
You should have a strong grasp of GIT, Sass, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API integrations and responsive design.
Crucially working in a digital agency environment you should be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently and being in a fast-paced world where task-switching and prioritisation are paramount.
