Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities to drive growth and maximize revenue
- Utilize your expertise in the Human Resources & Recruitment sector to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Work remotely and autonomously, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, initiate contact, and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand clients' hiring needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor our recruitment solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value propositions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial and long-lasting partnerships.
