**What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in artisan baking, with a strong portfolio of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

**Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods following traditional artisan techniques.
- Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist with managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organised work space in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Mentor and train junior bakers and apprentices as needed.
