Following a boom in business, our client are pleased to be growing their team and are seeking a Sales Consultant to join their busy office on the outskirts of Reading.
Key Duties
- Quoting and selling products and packages
- Making clients aware of deals and offers
- Following up on quotes to encourage sales
- Advise clients of the terms & conditions
- Collect payment at time of booking
- Explaining products and packages are clearly and in detail, reserved and charged correctly
- Amend bookings as required
- Assist with any questions clients may have
- Monitor and report on KPIs regularly.
- Identify opportunities for product and service up-sell and for new client acquisition.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales role would be highly beneficial
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a customer service role, with excellent customer service skills
- Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative as well
- Driving licence and access to own car
- Flexible to work weekends (the role involves working 1 in 3 weekends)
Please note: due to the location of the office and occasional travel requirements, access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
The office hours are:
9am to 6pm Monday to Saturdays.
10am to 6pm on Sundays.
This role involves working 1 in 3 weekends.
