Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Shepshed, LE12 (Close to Loughborough)
Start Date: August 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
Daily Rate: £90-£100 per day
Progression: Long Term to Permanent + Teacher Training Pathway after 12 months

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children aged 4-16 with SEMH needs in and out of class
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions under teacher guidance
- Assisting with lessons and helping students to engage positively
- Applying your knowledge of behaviour, motivation or physical activity
- Building relationships and being a positive role model for students
Who We're Looking For
- A graduate in Psychology, Sport, or any related field
- Energetic, resilient and empathetic - especially great for sporty, active personalities
- Committed to full-time school hours from August 2025
- A natural with children and young people - no school experience needed
- Willing to apply for (or already have) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
