The Role:

The Campaign Marketing Manager will be sitting under our Campaigns department. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns designed to increase the visibility and recognition of a brand among its target audience. This role is critical in building and maintaining a client brand's presence in the marketplace and ensuring that it remains top-of-mind for potential customers. They will be involved in running integrated campaigns across platforms including email, web advertising, content syndication, social media and paid promotion.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive brand awareness campaign strategy that involves understanding the target audience and client's objectives.
  • Overseeing and managing client campaigns.
  • Producing analytical reports for campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Leveraging campaign data to shape forthcoming campaign strategies.
  • Conducting monthly marketing assessments, and closely monitoring campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

A Campaign Marketing Manager should have

  • Experience working as a Digital Marketing / Campaign Manager / Project Manager for a brand or agency, ideally B2B.
  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills and communication
  • Experience using CRMs and Salesforce
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Social media planning experience (including LinkedIn).
  • Excellent copywriting skills coupled with a creative mind for developing engaging campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, HTML.
  • Strong data analysis and critical thinking
  • Excellent team player
  • Prince2 Project Management qualification or equivalent is a plus
  • Experience of managing is a plus
  • Experience of using monday.com or similar project management systems is a plus

Schedule:

8-hour workday (Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Fridays: 8.30 am - 4.30 pm on Fridays)
