INTERIM FINANCE DIRECTOR 3-6 MONTHS -ARCHITECTURE PRACTICE - 120-130K/ANUM - LONDON/HYBRID
Responsibilities include:
- manage small team
- manage monthly management reporting & board pack
- financial reporting
- budgeting, forecasting, analysis
- systems and process review and recommendations
- manage accounting for multiple projects, WIP
- cashflow management
- liaison with operations and management as required
- ad hoc projects
Candidate required:
This position requires a Finance Director with Architecture and / or Construction sector experience including project accounting. Good all round accounting, finance and commercial acumen with good systems and process experience is also required. The environment and culture is excellent, vibrant and creative.
The salary banding advertised is a guideline, the remuneration offered will be commensurate upon experience.
