Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting for a UKAS Accredited Asbestos Consultancy, who are seeking a motivated Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover nationwide contracts. They service a wide range of Client sites, including: Local Authority, Public Sector and Commercial, so candidates will ideally need to hold experience undertaking Surveys and Air Monitoring within these sectors. They can also consider candidates who are undertaking an Asbestos Surveying and / or Asbestos Analyst role, rather than the dual responsibilities.
Our Client can consider candidates from: Oldham, Glossop, Rochdale, Stockport, Wilmslow, Knutsford, Altrincham, Warrington, Runcorn, Widnes, Bolton, Wigan, St Helens, Bootle, Formby, Ormskirk, Southport, Chorley, Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Clitheroe, Skipton, Keighley, Otley, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds, Wakefield, Barnsley, Garforth, Pontefract, Castleford, Wetherby, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Will hold experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst for a well-established outfit
- Must hold the BOHS P402 and / or P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
- Excellent written ability and experience using IT applications
- Strong industry technical understanding
- Hardworking and ethical attitude
The Role:
- Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos surveys across a mixed portfolio of sites
- Conducting 4 Stage Clearances
- Personal, background, leak and reoccupation Air Monitoring
- Writing accompanying technical reports
- Maintaining strong relationships with Clients and representing the company in a professional manner
- Travelling as per company requirements
