As a Policy Wordings Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Creation of new policy wordings, and revisions to current wordings.
- Take charge of cross-functional communication in the presentation and articulation of Casualty covers.
- Evaluating policy wordings to recognise and amend any issues - e.g. ambiguities, technical errors, language not in line with FCA regulations.
- Interacting with various stakeholders across the business
- Supporting underwriters and others on matters related to the wordings.
- Creating training material and carrying out sessions.
What they are looking for:
- In depth understanding of policy wordings - this could be from either a technical underwriting or claims background.
- Casualty insurance experience
- London Market experience (desirable).
