Before you apply
- the role is office based - no hybrid on offer
- you will be required to work a half day every Saturday but have a full day off in the week until Feb/Mar
- and then 1 in every 5 (overtime paid)

Working for a local company with international fame you will be:
- Taking orders and queries via the phone as well as email
- Processing orders
- Updating customers on the progress of their order
- Dealing with Amazon / eBay and social media orders and enquires
- Liaising with stock control so you can ensure customer orders are fulfilled
- Manifesting and shipping when needed
The hours of work are flexible from an 8am start to 5:30pm with an early finish on a Friday (39 hours per week).
