Full Job Description
Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit experienced Banking & Finance Lawyers (NQ-6PQE) to join a leading international law firm. This is an opportunity in Manchester on a full-time, permanent basis with flexible working options (other offices might be considered).
The Team
The successful candidate will work on a wide range of high value work within one of the leading corporate banking teams in the UK (Legal 500 and Chambers).
You will act for banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged acquisition finance, asset finance, aspects of real estate finance and project finance.
You will have the opportunity to develop your own relationships with a national and international client base. The firm acts on behalf of global banks, funds and corporates/commercial organisations.
Your work mix will include corporate lending/banking and finance agreements and you will be familiar with a broad range of loan and security documentation.
There will also be an opportunity for you to take an active role in BD and the continued growth of the practice.
Background:
- You will be a banking, corporate finance or real estate finance lawyer
- With a minimum of NQ up to around 6PQE but considerably more PQE will be considered by the firm as they are looking to further strengthen their offering. There are multiple opportunities available.
