Who Can Apply?
? A university degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
? A formal school counseling credential or teaching qualification (B.Ed., M.Ed., PGCE, PGDip, or QTS)
? Minimum 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a school setting
? Experience with EAL (English as an Additional Language) students is a plus
? Prior experience in an IB School is highly desirable
? Familiarity with university admissions processes in the UK, USA, and Canada (for guidance counselors)
