Job duties of the Lettings Agent are to:
- Viewing rental properties and agreeing lets
- Organising tenancy agreements
- Organising and solving maintenance issues
- Property inspections
- General admin
Skills and experience required for the Lettings Agent are:
- Exceptional client relationship building ability
- Good admin and organisational skills
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Excellent diary management
