Finance Administrator - PART TIME

Our client is looking for a part-time Finance Administrator for their team based in London. You will be a member of the Finance Operations team responsible for the logging of invoices, setting up of new suppliers and responding to supplier queries. This role reports to the Finance Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • To enter the details of invoices received from suppliers onto our accounting system.
  • To set up new suppliers and update the records for existing suppliers as required.
  • To monitor the email address used for supplier invoices and respond to queries received from suppliers.
  • To perform reconciliations of suppliers' accounts as required.

Requirements

  • To have experience of working in an office environment.
  • Competent using Microsoft outlook and excel.
  • Would be of benefit to have some experience of using accounting software.
  • To have strong attention to detail and confident with numbers.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • A good communicator on email and in person.
  • A team player and able to work collaboratively as part of a finance team and with nonfinance individuals.
  • To be organized and have good time management skills.
  • To be able to make suggestions for how to improve processes.

This role is a part time role for 22.5 hours per week. Days and work pattern to be agreed. The role is 100% office based in London Bridge.
