We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join a reputable primary school in New Addington as a School Administrator. This role involves managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the school, ensuring efficient operations in student enrolment, scheduling, and record-keeping.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain accurate student and faculty records, including attendance, enrolment, and grades.
  • Coordinate scheduling for classes, meetings, and events.
  • Handle inquiries and concerns from students and parents.
  • Oversee the registration and enrolment process for new students.
  • Manage the school's budget and financial records.
  • Collaborate with the school's leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of the school.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with SIMS, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • Previous experience in a school administration role is preferred but not required.
